Coping with Physical, Emotions Lows Part 4 with Rich Milostan

Concluding our look at the Sun Signs dealing with lows. Capricorn: Check out to see if your "serious level" isn't too high. Try yo have a couple of days of light-heartedness. Try to be in fresh air more. Find some quiet time with family. A walk to a lake or sitting by a fireplace works wonders. For those of you who don't have this convenience, your imaginations can be used, on the couch with your eyes closed can take you any place. If one area in your life ids just not working out well, avoid thinking of it for a couple days. Find an area that is going better and enjoy it. Aquarius: Generally a low comes to an Aquarius because of some problem with another person, social group or family member. Involve yourself in a personal project for a couple of days. You may also have the tendency to push to hard, then burn out. Develop more of a moderate goal-achieving structure. One cure for the blues is to say, "I am going to have have several days of play time period" and enjoy yourself. It is a time to please yourself and not others. Let go of all time pressures. Go to a sporting event or live entertaiment event. Pisces: One of the things you need to avoid is a negative use of your imagination. Your may work overtime. You may want to meditate (as long as you don't dwell on problems) listen to some positive music and visualize a positive goal being achieved. Check to see if you are mot taking on someone elses's problem. Make a firm decision to not think of there problems for a couple of days. Some of you will heal quicker by finding a physical outlet by swimming or walking or watching a funny movie.
