ARIES (March 21-April 19): Your financial picture should improve compared to the last 4-5 months. You will become more popular in the romantic area. The last 4 years have been testy for you Aries folks and now is the time to start getting ahead again. Over the next 2 years more people will be telling what needs they want in terms of services. Conclusion of Christmas Shopping Tips for the last 4 Sun Signs with Rich Milostan Astrologer, Psychic

In all 3 parts since you may only read one sign sign, I want to give a Christmas idea. If you want to buy something for a elderly person who has just what they need like Appliances etc. try this technique. When my parent was older, I would get a big box. Then I would go to a Dollar store or other places and purchase a tooth brush, Kleenex, straws, etc till I had 20-25 things. I would wrap each one individually and put them in that box with a ribbon on it. She could spend a half hour opening up each item and she said that was her favorite present to open up every year till she passed on.

There are a few tips if looking for something for a particular Sun Sign you may know when doing your Christmas shopping.

Aries: It may be hard to buy for them because they will buy it quick if they want something. Colognes, plane trip tickets for out of state, gifts for the car, sports equipment (tennis, golf, baseball, etc;....) and also sportswear. Give a hat to a Aries woman, also perfumes, jewelry and cosmetics. They also enjoy exercise bikes and other exercise accessories.

Your Health and Your Sun Sign Diet Part 1 of 5 with Rich Milostan

In working with your health there are many factors to keep it a an optimum. There is exercise, meditation, proper attitudes and foods necessary for body maintenance. Today we will look at dietary needs to help enhance your body's vitality. There is a cell-salt for each sign which aids in keeping the body functioning better. The foods listed with each sign are high in your particular cell-salt. When working with your diet, try to add a few of the foods to your daily diet. Try also to eliminate a food that is not productive to your vitality. Remember a diet change may not unnecessarily be all you need. Check the amount of exercise you get and your attitudes you have toward everyday situations. Eliminate unnecessary stress. Also listed are the body parts that relate to each Sun Sign. We will get more into that in a future article.

Aries: Your ruler is Mars which rules the head area. Avoid diets heavy in fats and avoid smoking. A cell-salt good for Aries is potassium phosphate which helps restore mental vigor.
