Looking at the last 3 Sun Signs and exercise:

Capricorn: Fresh air is important to you and you would need a program that offers discipline and perseverance. Walking, jogging, hiking or gardening are excellent. Purchase an indoor bike and exercise outside on it if possible to exercise your legs.

Aquarius: Exercise clubs of all kinds would be good. This would include tennis, swimming, biking and walking organizations. You have a need to associate with people and love excitement so join a baseball team or have a weekly sports match with the neighborhood.

Pisces: Dancing, rhythmic exercise is excellent for the Pisces. Since you are drawn to beauty, try aerobics with a far out sweatsuit. Yoga is fine along with water ballet.
