Astrology – 2013 Health Tips

Whether you are 20 or 80 there is a cycle astrologically where you should maintain a certain part of your body through a certain time frame. This particular time frame will run through February 2015. Just be a little more caring to that particular part of your body. It does not signify health issues there, just that part needs a little more caring of it.
Aries (3/21 – 4/19): Be good to mid part of your body. Keep self regulated with a good diet.
Taurus (4/20 – 5/20): Be good to hips, lift things with proper posture.
Gemini (5/21 –6/20): Be good to your stomach. Watch spicy foods, foods that bind you too much.
Cancer (6/21 – 7/22): Be good to your heart. Keep a good diet and some weekly exercise.
Leo (7/23 – 8/22): Be good to your lower back. Make sure mattress is OK
Virgo (8/23 – 9/22): Be good to your lungs, avoid excessive dust and smoking.
Libra (9/23 – 10/22): Keep good posture to your neck. Have proper pillow sleeping.
Scorpio (10/23 – 11/21): Be good to your head. Good skins soaps. Keep hat on when chilly or in summer when intense sun out. Also wear sunglasses more
Sagittarius (11/22 – 12/21): Be good to your feet. Wear good shoes, socks.
Capricorn (12/22 – 1/19): Watch salts, sugar for circulatory. Watch attitudes to maintain good blood pressure.
Aquarius (1/20 –2/18): Be good to your knees. Use proper lifting and have good shoes that have a good cushion.
Pisces (2/19 – 3/20): Be good to pelvis. Avoid excessive twisting when lifting.
