Every Sun Sign has a different way in how to relax. If the one on your Sign doesn’t totally help, look at another Sun Sign and try that technique. If practiced 15 minutes faithfully a day you could give yourself a better well being in a very short time. The key is to write a written reminder to do this daily. Trying to do your technique at a certain time of the day is very helpful.
ARIES (March 21-April 19): Put yourself to a beach scene in a warm evening with the moon rising over the water. Focus on the moon till your racing mind slows down. Any thoughts that come in just let them go back out.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Go to a park in your mind by a waterfall. Sit there and see all your thoughts going down the waterfall and drifting away peacefully.
GEMINI (May 21-June 20): Sit or lay down comfortably. Say one thought over and over till your relax. Keep your disciple to go back to that one word if your mind wonders. Some sample word to repeat over and over are, calm or relax or content seeing your body relaxing as you say the word.
CANCER (June 21-July 22): Image yourself taking a shower and as the water flows down you, all thoughts are draining away from you.
LEO (July 23-Aug-22): See people around you in your mind. As your are walking by them tell them “your relaxed”. That they are relaxed, As you are relaxing them it will relax yourself!
VIRGO (Aug 23-Sept 22): Lay down or sit in a comfortable chair. See yourself getting a body massage and as they are massaging a certain part of your body see relaxation going in that area.
LIBRA (Sept 23-Oct 22): Say the number 10, relax your feet, say number 9, relax your legs, say number 8, relax your stomach, say number 7 relax your chest, say number 6, relax your arms, say number 5 relax your neck, say number 4, relax the top of your head, say number 3 relax your forehead, say number 2, relax your jaws, say number 1, relax your eyes. Repeat the process if necessary. 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,
SCORPIO (Oct 23- Nov 21): See yourself at a beach on a lounge chair. Image someone massaging your feet or a particular body area your feel stressed.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov 22-Dec 21): See yourself waling in a park. Smell the fresh scent of it as you are walking. Each step you take is releasing a stress that you are trying to release. Say I am relaxing each step you take.
CAPRICORN (Dec 22-Jan 19): This may require some discipline. Live in the NOW MOMENT for 15 minutes. Totally be where you are at. You could lay down, be in a recliner, or put yourself alone on a favorite beach.
AQUARIUS (Jan 20-Feb 18): Take a book or magazine that has relaxing pictures in them. Take one of them and see yourself totally relaxing in one of the pictures. Close your eyes in the scene imaging your stress just going away. You could also use a picture you may have taken on a relaxing vacation.
PISCES (Feb 19-Mar 20): Image a favorite scene you can remember from somewhere in your life. Write it on a piece of paper. Close your eyes and go there for awhile till you relax.
