1) A CON ARTIST.
2) MENTALLY UNWELL.
In either case, they should not be permitted to steal from feeble-minded people.
Join the campaign to change the stupid, ambiguous laws which actually condone this LEGALISED THEFT!
Contact your M.P. NOW, TODAY, IMMEDIATELY and request he raises the issue in parliament.
Astrology is also a part of Hindu culture and spirituality. What you want to ban is freedom of my right to have beliefs. Free country.
