"Exercise" with Rich Milostan Astrologer, Psychic
Generally, there are 2 types of people when it comes to exercising. There is the group that exercises in the winter lets themselves go all summer. These people complain about how hard it is to get in shape again when fall returns.
The other group gains weight all winter and spends the summer getting sore muscles from being out in their garden. They let themselves go all summer.
I guess we should say there is a third group which doesn't exercise [period.
Exercise is important to as everyone should know. It helps relieve stress and gives a general all-around sense of well being. The winter exercise group should not forget to exercise in the summer. The winter weight gainer group should, at least, regiment a summer program and then carry it out into the winter. The anti-exercise group should try exercising for a month and let the results show their importance.
Each sun sign has certain psychotically needs to be met when exercising. An Aries may get a little bored swimming 4 nights a week, but put him where more action is, and he'll look forward to it. Generally a Pisces may not want to lift weights, but would enjoy aerobic or yoga.

What's Their Sign with Rich Milostan Astrologer. Psychic
The individual who likes to guess the Sun Signs of people may find it difficult in guessing it, This is because people will generally have physical and personality features which relate to their Rising Sign (the A.M. or P.M. time of birth)
As an example, you may see 2 Geminis standing next to each other and one has a narrower face and one is moon-shaped. The thinner-faced person may have a Gemini structure, but the other person may project a Cancer rising (round face)

Releasing Problems by Rich Milostan Astrologer, Psychic
Life always seems to present a problem in some form for every person, When one problems is resolved another one may come Worked right, this is what gives continual growth. Some people handle problems unopinionated and flow with life; while others like to create problems to make life difficult. At different periods of time, individuals come into problems whic h they can't seem to deal with like they use to. Then they have to find a different system of though to deal with the new challenges. Usually this process will eventually give emotional muscle, with rewards to come for the lessons learned. Since everyone deals with problems, some of the Sun Signs, , at this point are dealing with them better then others. But again, your Personal chart can show a fuller picture. The key is to keep uor problems in a proper perspective and work them in a certain time frame each week. Over preoccupation (worry) is actually using energy negatively so a system of relearning them is important.
Each Sun Sign has a different method for dealing with problems. Look to your Sun Sign for a release technique.
Aries: Write it on paper. If you don't get constructive answers, throw it into a basket and think of something different, so intuitive solutions can come in. Patience is the key till they come in.
Taurus: Release it nightly at 10:00 pm and make a firm decision to work at it at a specific time the next day.
Gemini: Mentally see and end positive result. Make a firm decision of this. Don's say, I'll let it go then worry about it. Release the problem to work on the solution.

Scorpio: Write out 5 steps to work out the difficulty. If you can't work it out constructively, you'll need some more information from within. Take a shower and see yourself bathing free of negative blocks. Involve yourself in other things objectively.
Sagittarius: Put problems in order of priority. Take a particular problem and "let it go" for several days. Give it space to work out. Then write out solutions and start a follow through.

Setting Goals helps Keep Resolutions by Rich Milostan Astrologer, Psychic

How many times to you make resolutions for a new year only to Have them doomed to failure? Usually this is because resolutions may not be made with a plan of action.

Goal-setting, on the other hand, implies setting up strategies for achievement. Astrologically, each sun sign has a little different approach to goal achievement. I first recommend you have a standard method. This can be found on many books on success.
Then by looking on your sun sign, additional clues can be found to help you attain your particular desire. Naturally, because so many other factors make you a unique individual, having your own chart done gives you the best individual picture.
Read this goal format which follows then the sun signs in my next article for additional insights, Then try the method on your chosen goal.
Achievement Method
1. Write your goal on paper. List directly below it the benefits you can think of which come from achieving the goal. Find a picture of it, if possible, or create a composite that expresses it on poster board. Writing it down and looking at it gaily fixes it firm in your mind.
2. On the same piece of paper list the things you need to do, or get, in order to attain your goal. Set down the steps needed such as taking classes, setting aside a nest egg, joining appropriate groups, buying proper equipment or rearranging your schedule. Even having more spiritual faith can help.
3. List the things you need to eliminate which may side-track you or cause a conflict in goal achievement; ex. less interesting or conflicting side-interests, wasteful spending habits, or people who discourage you (if this is not possible, a side goal would be learning ways to diffuse their influence).
4. Say daily, "I am achieving this goal" (affirmation). Before retiring, spend some time reviewing the benefits to be gained and picture yourself as having achieved your goal also. St up what you would do toward it the next day. Program your mind before sleep for a successful day to follow. DO NOT permit yourself to go to sleep with negative thoughts, for that could be your mental preparation.
5. Consult with trusted, positive people only. Entertain productive people only. Work with people who have same energy goals. Eliminate energy drainers.
6. Do not tell everyone your goals; it drains the psychological energy required for attainment. You must ignore people who say you can't do it.
7. Examine your progress periodically. If your not making gains, some information may be missing or your steps may need some revision. DO NOT CRITICIZE YOURSELF.
8. Watch out for people who just tell you to visualize the end result and it will come. If you want a new car, you have to the money first.
9. Remember to be realistic. There will always be delaying cycles; use them to tidy up your planning. Fit your goals to your interests and abilities, not someone else's expectations. Some goals take more time then others to achieve, plan for it. It's only on TV that hings are resolved in a half hour. Don't destroy on the way. If a new weight goal is your way, be practical in expectations.
10. Most important is "attitude of gratitude" for yourself as well as others. Express appreciation to those who set the example you chose to follow. Say thank you to all who help and encourage. To yourself give pats on the back - "Good job, (your name)!" You won't need to brag. Your satisfaction in a job well done will be duly noted, and others may seek your advice on how to do it.

Planning a Vacation using Astrology by Rich Milostan Astrologer, Psychic

The one we will look at today is the Vacation chart. The time that you leave the house sets up a chart that gives you a pretty good idea on how the trip will become. To do a chart like this has to be interpreted by an Astrologer. Each house has key meanings. However, an average person can take a look at each House and its meaning see if they have forgotten anything in the planning of their trip.

1st House: The first house is the purpose of the trip. (For the Astrologer, you can tell by the Cusps and the Planets. Do this for all the Houses). What is it that you want to do on this trip for personal fulfillment. Set some goals when planning a trip. Have some wide variety. If you original trip goes "haywire" you can still accomplish other goals on it to make it self-fulfilling.
2nd House: Defines the expense of the trip. How will you work with your money? You should allow for unexpected costs. This nor necessarily bad; you may run into a good deal on some product you can't find at home.
3rd House: Defines how you will communicate and who or what you will see. Is your car in good order? Look at the environment you will be in. Will it personally be fulfilling. Will you have many misunderstandings with others etc.
4th House: Defines the places you will be staying. Comfortable or uncomfortable. Do you need quietness, adequate heat, reasonable rates, hotel or motel accommodations, and easy access to food and shopping centers.
5th House: Defines the type of entertainment you may want. Do you want group activities, laid back entertainment, intellectual pursuits, sightseeing or just want to be alone? Also rules gambling and speculative adventures (win or lose potential).
6th House: Defines your plan of routine, time allowed for the unexpected. It also rules health; so you may want to plan a diet for maximum energy on the trip.
7th House: Defines how you relate to others. Associating with the right people will enhance your trip. Talk to people that know their city, like AAA services. Check out Meetup.com for people with the same interests you have. Also take people with you who are compatible.
8th House: Rules the spending potentials of your partner or associate. For those with money tightness, this is important to consider.
9th House. Rules what you learn from the trip. It's good to take a camera for memory reminders. Usually your philosophies will adjust in some matter for better or worse. As an example don't take a trip if it will accentuate it.
10th House: Generally the last 3 houses are results orientated. This defines the end of the trip. This is only found by doing the Astrology chart of the trip.
11th House. This shows the goals or purpose of the trip. By doing a chart of the trip this will show the "why" of the trip.
12th House: Shows the behind-the-scenes matters which may or may not occur on the trip. Also, shows stress levels or its potential when away from home.

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Be flexible if a disruption occurs once in awhile this month. Somewhere something good will come from it if you look for it. Money cycle through June could be the best you may have had in years if you pursue trying to make more. Good cycle the next 3 months to try some new goals especially in the area of work. Over the next 4 months you will be analyzing you’re close relationships and finding a new direction to work with them. Astro-Tip: Take a friend to lunch, future benefit comes.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Somewhere in the next 6 months you will have a major new beginning. Optimism returns and you will find yourself becoming more popular with others. Likely the next several mouths you will change some of the fun things you do in night hours. Minor diet correction enhances sense of well being. Time to impress the boss if you are seeking a raise of job promotion. Those of you seeking work have a better then average chance the next 3 months. Clues to Help Attain a Goal Part 1 of 2 by Rich MIlostan Astrologer, Psychic

Sun Signs and your Later Years Part 1of 2 with Rich Milostan Astrologer, Psychic
Three things which older people ask are about companionship, finances and their state of health. Papers and magazines print a lot of articles for the older generation. For some this is their only line of communication with the outside world.
Some people when they get older, have trouble dealing with loneliness and will make TV or a magazine their companion. People still need people, so it is important to have a goal or at least to have someone to associate with.
Each Sun Sign has a basic personality on how to work with in their later years. One sign will work opposite of the other. What one person likes to do with their life, may not fir the other.
