Miscommunications at work could be more frequent due to Mercury retrograde (those who know about it). Good time though to get back to exercising more if the heat from the summer hindered it. For those who know about Mercury Retrograde they realize when not to do certain things. The cycle says complete projects only etc. If you start new ventures like purchasing a major item, meeting someone new, making appointments with someone there may be some miscommunication or problems attached to them. The CYCLE starts September 2nd and runs through September 24th. This cycle happens 3 times a year for about 3 weeks. There are hundreds of different things that may occur so it’s really hard to pinpoint. Only several could happen to you though. Further examples could be, try not to marry under it, take a long trip or purchase a new home. Read yours below to find a particular area that could affect you the most. Things could be a little irritating in that area from 9/16 to 9/24. REMEMBER, this is a cycle where you need more information to collect to make right decisions for later.

In doing my readings the last 4-5 months I have noticed people complaining about being physically tired and dealing with racing thoughts. So they get up with their tired body and keep doing something because they don’t want to deal with their mind that won’t shut up.
One thing that will help is to eliminate junk food after 6pm. Eat lousy food and you feel ok for awhile. Then you get up the next morning and your body has symptoms from the junk food. It could be fatigue, achy body, spacey feelings etc. You then attach that feeling to something you don’t want to do that day, then the mind starts racing. That really accentuates the feeling about what could be a trivial everyday thing you have to do. The key is to eliminate the junk food after 6pm, Eat the lousy stuff before the evening starts.
Below also shows areas of where you mind is preoccupied and thus the racing mind. Read the ISSUE, then the SOLUTION, and see if it helps. You also could read the solutions of all 12 signs to see it something will tone down that restless mind.

CAPRICORN (Dec 22- Jan 19): ISSUE: Goals harder to attain. SOLUTION: Take frequent rewards when you take steps to get a goal done. Anger that it is not happening as fast as I want flames the mind and tires the body.
AQUARIUS (Jan 20-Feb 18): ISSUE: Nobody helps me with things. SOLUTION: Take a sheet of paper and write on it in big letters “JUST DO IT”. Post it where you can see it daily. Remember doing something you don’t want to do, when done, gives a nicer then normal feeling.
PISCES (Feb 19-Mar 20): ISSUE: Lower attention span to learn new things. SOLUTION: Fragment. When learning something put total time into it. Leave the other situations in other rooms or if outside the house just leave them there.

Some times it is difficult to write in several sentences, trends for a 20-year-old will do things differently then someone who is much older. But they will not appear till after July 20, 2014!
ARIES (March 21-April 19): This is a good month to turn on your charm to get some things you want. Money should finally show some improvement. More people want to communicate with you and associate more with positive people. Good time to rearrange some things in the home that you have been postponing doing. Romance will pick up shortly, have patience, A person from the past calls, friendship could be renewed. Astro-Tip: Purchase a bright piece of apparel to wear.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Birthday month is always good to treat yourself to something special. The next 12 months show significant romance upswing and more family harmony. For your 2014 I have put some thoughts to where you can do better then 2013 and for some of the Sun Signs it does require a little more effort to have these realized. I also put between each Sun Sign some more different interesting things to read so try to read all of them
ARIES (March 21-April 19): Money should be better if you push for it
Tarot cards can be taught in an hour but requires practice after that to do well if you want a supplement income.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Love life gives more happiness if you seek it and put more effort into it once you have the opportunity.
Astrology can be learned in 5-6 hour sessions but you must keep up with it after that or you will lose it. It is easy to learn if you are a caring person and like to help others.
GEMINI (May 21-June 20): Day to day work will be easier this year and delegate some out when possible. This includes anything from your job to work projects around the home etc.
If you have been to more then five readings you should learn how to be one yourself.
CANCER (June 21-July 22): Love life will not be as hard to attain to enjoy and you will have more general fun.
If you go to a reader and they want to charge more to get a lover back or release a “spell”, walk out immediately.
LEO (July 23-Aug-22): More family harmony and less irritations you have to do in the home like repair bills etc.

Most people after 40 should limit junk food everyday after 6pm. This could have you waking up the next day feeling better to get going. The junk food acts on the body all night to give you that yucky wake up feelings.
SCORPIO (Oct 23- Nov 21): Won’t have as many days of problems to deal with as in 2013. A lot of Scorpios where bombarded with them last year.
People will be more personal and talk on the phone in 2014 then the impersonal texting.

Best thought I can give you for this year is to give yourself more rewards for efforts you do. As an example if you have a doctors appointment, when you’re done, treat yourself to some nice lunch or dinner. etc.

Watch for an invention to come out where if someone is too close to you driving, a sensor light will go on in the back of your car to get them to back off. Or it will bother them so much you won’t have to keep looking in your mirror and not paying attention to the road.
